<p>Cannon suffered a knee injury and had to be stretchered off during Wrexham's 2-1 win over Mansfield Town, and <a href="https://www.goal.com/en/lists/wrexham-andy-cannon-season-ending-surgery-thanks-ryan-reynolds-rob-mcelhenney-vows-come-back-stronger/blt7e8c5959e759e48d#cs9326f61a12f4a4e7" target="_blank">underwent surgery and has now been ruled out for the rest of the season</a>. Ker, an executive at Wrexham and a trusted ally of Ryan Reynolds and Rob McElhenney, has now gifted Cannon a PlayStation 5 to help the midfielder waste some time during his lengthy recovery period.</p>

<p>On Instagram, Cannon posted a photo of his new PlayStation 5 and captioned the image: "Amazing delivery from Humphrey Ker making sure I don't get bored in recovery. What a man! WHAT CANNON SAID

<p>Since joining the Red Dragons in 2022, the 28-year-old has played a crucial role in the teams that were promoted in back-to-back campaigns. Cannon has made 28 appearances in all competitions during the 2024–25 season, tallying four goals. His injury is a serious setback for the Welsh team, who are hoping to advance to the Championship with their third straight promotion.</p>

THE BIGGER PICTURE

<p>Phil Parkinson's side will now have cope without Cannon for the rest of the season and will be back in action when they face Huddersfield Town on Tuesday, March 4 in League One action.</p>
