In what could possibly be the latest first-half goal ever, the defender put Union Berlin ahead 70 minutes into the game - the 25th minute of stoppage time at the end of the first half. Doekhi rose highest to power in a header from a Kevin Volland corner and put Die Eisernen 1-0 up.

WHAT HAPPENED?

The officials signalled that there would be an incredible minimum of 21 additional minutes at the end of the first half after delays following fan protests. The referee was left with no choice but to delay the game after fans threw tennis balls on the pitch in protest against potential foreign investment in the league.
