<p>The Dutch international made a <a href="https://www.goal.com/en-gb/lists/vivianne-miedema-fell-out-love-arsenal-shock-exit-amid-tense-relationship-manager-jonas-eidevall/blt2a84a708ba2a1e5c" target="_blank">surprise exit from Arsenal last summer</a>, with former manager Jonas Eidevall deeming her surplus to requirements. Even though she is now at Manchester City, the 28-year-old was in Lisbon to see the <a href="https://www.goal.com/en-gb/lists/arsenal-women-player-ratings-barcelona-champions-league-winners-super-subs-beth-mead-stina-blackstenius-combine-gunners-defensive-masterclass-european-glory/bltfcd9f807d4830075#csff5bdd351ee2029f" target="_blank">Gunners win the Champions League</a> on Saturday - where she joined partner Mead for the after party.</p>

WHAT MIEDEMA SAID

<p>Arsenal pulled off a monumental upset and a stunning victory, their <a href="https://www.goal.com/en-gb/lists/build-statue-renee-slegers-winners-losers-awesome-arsenal-show-chelsea-beat-barcelona-womens-champions-league-triumph-iconic-kim-little/blta001fbb6aff9f395" target="_blank">first Champions League title in 18 years</a>, against an all-conquering Barcelona side at the weekend. While Miedema was not part of that group, she helped the Gunners on their journey to this point, and it is clear she holds the north London team in such high esteem.</p>
