<p>U.S. international Josh Sargent was named to the English Football League Championship Team of the Season during the league's annual awards ceremony, alongside Norwich City teammate Borja Sainz.</p><p>The 25-year-old American striker earned the recognition after scoring 15 goals in 32 appearances during the 2024-25 campaign. That includes an impressive streak of 10 goals in 19 matches after returning from midseason groin surgery, because of which he missed 14 games in the middle of the season.</p>
