WHAT HAPPENED?

<p>James is a vastly experienced Football League campaigner who has played for the likes of Preston North End, Leicester City, Barnsley and Coventry, along with Bristol City. He came through the ranks at United, but he never made a first-team appearance for the club. </p>

THE BIGGER PICTURE

<p>Both George Evans and Jordan Davies are injured and are not available for selection by Phil Parkinson. As a result, Wrexham have been left light in midfield, and a solution could well come in the form of James.</p>
