<p>Ange Postecoglou's team took an early lead in the Premier League match at home to West Ham thanks to a header from Cristian Romero. The away side fought back in the second half, however, pulling level through Jarrod Bowen before James Ward-Prowse scored the winner after 74 minutes.</p>
