<p>Spurs head into Wednesday's Europa League final in 17th in the Premier League after a season in which they have won just 11 of their 37 games. United, in 16th, are one of the few teams Tottenham have done the league double over, and they also beat them in the Carabao Cup. Now, Micky Hazard has claimed that Spurs will have had a better season than second-placed Arsenal if they manage to end their 17-year trophy drought. </p>

WHAT HAPPENED?

<p>Arsenal have only lost four league games this season, the same amount as champions Liverpool, but will be ending another season without a trophy. They were eliminated from the Champions League by Paris Saint-Germain at the semi-final stage, the Carabao Cup by Newcastle, also at the semi-final stage, and by Manchester United in the third round of the FA Cup. As a result, Hazard believes that Spurs finally winning a trophy would top anything the Gunners have done, regardless of their league position. </p>
