<p>Ramos is the second high-profile target that SDFC are going after this summer, with the <a href="https://www.goal.com/en-us/lists/hirving-chucky-lozano-in-talks-mls-expansion-side-san-diego-fc-psv/bltc1d6c26ca88c921c" target="_self">other being Mexico star Chucky Lozano. </a>The winger is rumored to be the subject of a multi-million dollar bid from the MLS side, who are looking to secure his services from PSV this summer.</p>

<p>Ramos made 657 appearances for Real Madrid from August 2005 to June 2021. For his national team, he made 180 appearances scoring 23 goals.</p>
