WHAT MCELHENNEY SAID

<p><a href="https://www.goal.com/en-gb/news/ryan-reynolds-rob-mcelhenney-wrexham/18fwwbc7kf3d4z964grnf1pt9" target="_blank">Reynolds and McElhenney have co-owned Wrexham since 2021</a>, leading them from the National League into League One and transforming the club into a globally-recognised brand. <a href="https://www.goal.com/en-gb/lists/ryan-reynolds-rob-mcelhenney-transfers-47-players-at-wrexham/blt61effb19c670f6b2" target="_blank">The pair have overseen the progress together</a>, hence McElhenney's unhappiness at it being attributed to Reynolds alone.</p>
