'Let's get spending properly!' - Rob McElhenney gets Wrexham fans excited with 'honest' message after Championship promotion

<p>Hollywood actor McElhenney quipped that he doesn't know what the word consolidation means, after <a href="https://www.goal.com/en-gb/lists/wrexham-promoted-championship-ryan-reynolds-blake-lively-rob-mcelhenney-lead-celebrations-ollie-rathbone-sam-smith-stunners-secure-victory-charlton/blt824a05e52c11819c" target="_blank">Wrexham secured their third promotion</a> in as many years.</p><p>He wrote on X: "If I'm being honest, I don't even know what the word 'consolidation' means," which prompted a hefty response on social media. </p><p></p>
