<p>Trent Alexander-Arnold announced his intention to leave Liverpool at the end of the season. The England international will see his contract expire this summer and join Los Blancos for free, if this was not bad enough, as per <a href="https://x.com/theMadridZone/status/1923331114480890330?t=xhfJooKP8HjjaozU9cpStw&amp;s=08" target="_blank">Jose Felix Diaz</a>, the Spanish giants are planning a similar sinister move for the Reds' French defender Konate.</p>

WHAT HAPPENED?

<p>The Premier League club tried to present the best deal to the England international but he declined, this has caused more panic as Konate too has just one year left on his contract. Madrid have kept the French defender on their radar for a long time and are waiting to acquire him for free as well. Madrid sporting directors are not only eyeing to bring Konate but many other players on free transfer next year. William Saliba, being one of the names, that constantly pops up as Madrid plans a defensive makeover.</p>
