Goals from Lionel Messi and Sergio Ramos, as well as a stellar goalkeeping performance from Gianluigi Donnarumma, led PSG past an impressive Nice on Saturday.
Messi opened the scoring for the visitors, sneaking into space at the near post and lifting a left-footed finish past Kasper Schmeichel. Nice had their chances, but a pair of diving stops from Donnarumma in the final seconds of the first half ensured the Parisians maintained a narrow advantage.
Donnarumma was at it again after the break, denying Nice three times in short order to ensure that PSG stayed ahead. And Sergio Ramos sealed things late on, leaping from a corner to nod PSG into a 2-0 lead.
The Parisians were perhaps fortunate to walk away with a clean sheet, and never really looked entirely comfortable. But with a title to seal, outcomes and scorelines are what truly matter.
