According to <a href="https://twitter.com/FabrizioRomano/status/1787572027488149754" target="_blank">Fabrizio Romano</a>, the Blues are willing to sell the Belgian forward for a transfer fee of £38m (€44m) in the upcoming window. The player's exit clause was decided between the Premier League giants and his representative last summer.

Teams from across the world, including his current club AS Roma - where he is on a year-long loan - can trigger the clause to sign him permanently ahead of the 2024/25 season.
