Preston’s Milutin Osmajic facing potential four-month ban after being charged by FA for biting Liverpool loanee Owen Beck

<p>Preston's Osmajic has been charged with <a href="https://www.goal.com/en-gb/lists/luis-suarez-paul-mullin-milutin-osmajic-liverpool-loanee-owen-beck-red-card-biting-preston-blackburn-massive-ban/blt8b1af9f85933b958" target="_blank">biting Beck during Preston's clash with Blackburn</a> at the weekend. Beck was actually sent off during the incident after allegedly kicking out at Duane Holmes at Deepdale but Osmajic now faces a lengthy ban after seemingly trying to bite Beck's neck.</p>

WHAT HAPPENED?

<p>Beck protested furiously after being bitten, but Osmajic was only given a yellow card. Now, the FA has charged him with violent conduct and he could be banned for as long as four months, per The Sun.</p>

<p>The Football Association confirmed: &nbsp;“Milutin Osmajic has been charged following Preston North End’s EFL Championship game against Blackburn Rovers on Sunday, 22 September.</p><p>“It’s alleged that the forward committed an act of violent conduct by biting an opponent around the 87th minute.</p><p>“Milutin Osmajic has until Monday, September 30, to provide a response.”</p>

<p>Beck will be suspended for Blackburn's clash with QPR this weekend. He will hope to make an impression when he returns as he looks to impress his Liverpool bosses.</p>
