WHAT HAPPENED?

<p>Born in 2009, Damian is also a goalkeeper and spent time in Chelsea's youth academy. The teenager made his debut for Czechias Under-18s side last year aged just 15 and now joins his sister Adela Cechova at Craven Cottage. She recently played for her national team's Under-17s for the first time, coming off the bench during a 3-0 defeat to Mexico in the MIMA Cup.</p>

THE BIGGER PICTURE

<p>Petr Cech lifted the Premier League trophy four times while at Chelsea but left for local rivals Arsenal when Thibaut Courtois became the first choice shot-stopper for the Blues. He would win an FA Cup and two Community Shields with the Gunners before retiring at the end of the 2018-19 season. He later took up a technical director position with Chelsea but left after Roman Abramovich sold the club to Todd Boehly and Clearlake Capital.</p>
