<p>Dorgu's farewell tour is almost at an end with the Lecce wing-back set to <a href="https://www.goal.com/en-gb/lists/patrick-dorgu-to-fly-to-man-utd-complete-move-schedule-medical-lecce-wing-back/bltc67a87d0435f6e82" target="_blank">undergo a medical with Manchester United</a> ahead of the January <a href="https://www.goal.com/en-gb/lists/explained-why-winter-transfer-window-shuts-february-3-instead-january-31-harmonisation-reason-premier-league/blt978d527f189395ee" target="_blank">transfer deadline</a>. The defender has been named in the club's squad to face Parma in Serie A on Friday night, giving him the chance to say goodbye to the fans before he heads to England.</p>

WHAT HAPPENED?

<p>The Danish defender's proposed move to the Red Devils is believed to be worth around €35million (£29.3m/$36.3m). However, with the news that Dorgu has been named in Friday night's big Serie A clash, he will be unable to feature on Sunday when United play Crystal Palace in the Premier League.</p>

THE BIGGER PICTURE

<p>Dorgu is expected to fly to Manchester on Saturday morning, where he will complete his medical. The 20-year-old has featured in all but one of Lecce's Serie A games this season and will end his 18-month stay with the Italian side ahead of the transfer deadline on Monday. </p>
