<p>Arsenal's Ukraine international has sent out a message to fans <a href="https://www.goal.com/en/lists/new-farmers-league-man-city-dominance-european-failures-exposed-premier-league-lie/bltb7a9b3fa5634ea12" target="_blank">after a season where the Gunners narrowly missed out on being crowned Premier League champions</a>. Mikel Arteta's side managed to take the title race down to the final day before ultimately finishing second, just two points behind Zinchenko's former club Manchester City.</p>

WHAT HAPPENED?

<p>Zinchenko played 27 times for Arsenal in the Premier League last season but was guilty of making some costly mistakes and was even jeered by some supporters towards the end of the campaign. <a href="https://www.goal.com/en-gb/lists/get-f-ck-back-oleksandr-zinchenko-torn-apart-man-utd-legend-paul-scholes-arsenal-midfield-nottingham-forest/blt843202ef4d2e8f24" target="_blank">The Ukraine international has been criticised at times for his performances</a>, and the 27-year-old says he know he can do better.</p>
