<p>Billericay have confirmed that McKenzie, who has sustained an injury, will spend his lay-off in the Love Island All-Stars villa instead of at the club for his recovery. He was previously in Love Island season 10, where he coupled up with Leah Taylor, although they have since split.</p>

WHAT HAPPENED?

<p>McKenzie joined Billericay in the summer. The right-back has also played for Hemel Hempstead in the National League South, but will now have one eye on a future career on television.</p>

<p>In a statement on X, Billericay said: "The Club can now confirm Montel McKenzie will be appearing on ‘Love Island All Stars’ for the next couple of weeks. He is currently out for four to six weeks due to injury so has decided to return to the television arena. WHAT BILLERICAY SAID

<p>McKenzie will head into the Love Island villa. While he does that, Billericay face Dartford on Saturday. They are currently top of the Isthmian League.</p>
