They claim the England international is high on Chelsea's transfer shortlist, alongside <a href="https://www.goal.com/en-gb/lists/why-chelsea-approaching-jorrel-hato-transfer-caution-highly-rated-ajax-defender-target/blt29ed003015c1ba06" target="_blank">Ajax's Jorrel Hato</a>.</p>

<p>Manchester United <a href="https://www.goal.com/en/lists/man-utd-jarrad-branthwaite-blow-red-devils-face-stump-up-huge-fee-sign-everton-centre-back-explained/blt22ff88037b29de51" target="_blank">submitted repeated bids for Branthwaite</a> last year but Everton knocked back each offer. And similar to last year, Everton value the 23-year-old at around £70-75 million ($95-101.6m) and won't budge on that as his contract runs until 2027.</p>
