<p>In a fun social media back-and-forth, the Al-Hilal superstar fired back at team-mate Ali Al-Bulaihi, who called Neymar a cheat on his Instagram story. Al-Bulaihi shared an image from the club's training and wrote in the caption: "Cheat goal offside and time is up". In reply, Neymar wrote: "Don't cry my friend. <p>The Brazil star has been strongly linked with a move back to his homeland <a href="https://www.goal.com/en/lists/neymar-al-hilal-agreement-santos-father-stake-brazilian-side-deal/bltf306a22a5c460900#cscdf80857da11e8bb" target="_blank">to re-join his boyhood club Santos</a>. According to <a href="https://www.lequipe.fr/Football/Actualites/Mercato-neymar-al-hilal-tout-proche-d-un-retour-a-santos/1534803" target="_blank"><em>L'Equipe</em></a>, negotiations between Santos and the Saudi giants are 'almost complete' over his transfer. The report also claimed that the 32-year-old and his father, Neymar da Silva Senior, would join an investment fund to acquire a stake in the iconic Brazilian team.</p>

<p>Neymar's move to Al-Hilal from Paris Saint-Germain in the summer of 2023 has proved to be a disaster as he remained sidelined for most of his stay <a href="https://www.goal.com/en-gb/lists/doctors-warned-neymar-update-injury-al-hilal-return-acl/blt3c34165406afe597#csab53bd83790470a5" target="_blank">due to multiple injuries</a> and has now been deemed surplus to their needs.</p>
