The Scottish midfielder, <a href="https://www.goal.com/en/lists/napoli-agree-gbp25m-scott-mctominay-transfer-man-utd-manuel-ugarte-arrival-psg/bltd12cdeb1d350918f#cse6db4d747ec98b34" target="_blank">who is all set to join Serie A giants Napoli </a>after Manchester United agreed to sell him for €30 million (£25.4m/$33.6m), left Old Trafford for one last time on Tuesday. While on his way out, a Red Devils fan approached McTominay and handed over a bracelet as a parting gift to the player.

WHAT HAPPENED?

The United fan, named Skye, regularly gifts these bracelets to players including Luke Shaw and Mason Mount, who were spotted wearing them during Euro 2024. She also gifted a similar present to new signing Joshua Zirkzee and now to the outgoing McTominay.As the 27-year-old received his gift, he was nearly moved to tears, as he said: "No way! Thank you very much, that's so sweet. I'm gonna put it on."
