<p>According to Daily Mail reporter <a href="https://x.com/kierangill_DM/status/1810662365135811060" target="_blank">Kieran Gill</a>, Mudryk reported back to Chelsea on the very first day of their pre-season on Monday cutting short his post-Euro 2024 holiday. <p>The 23-year-old had an <a href="https://www.goal.com/en-us/lists/chelsea-mykhailo-mudryk-shakhtar-donetsk-tell-mauricio-pochettino-how-get-best-out-of-most-talented-unique-player-in-world/blt66f104e9365cded5" target="_blank">underwhelming first full season at Stamford Bridge</a> as he managed to score just seven goals in 41 appearances across all competitions and provided two assists in the 2023/24 campaign. However, the <a href="https://www.goal.com/en-us/lists/joe-hart-mudryk-ukraine-chelsea/bltfcd7648a7849fb1c" target="_blank">former Shakhtar Donetsk star is eager to improve his game</a> ahead of the upcoming season and will look to impress new manager Enzo Maresca. </p>

<p>Mudryk was joined by long-time absentees Wesley Fofana and Romeo Lavia. While Fofana has remained sidelined since May 2023, Lavia has not appeared for the Blues since December. </p>
