<p>Salah was on fire again as <a href="https://www.goal.com/en-gb/lists/liverpool-fans-erupt-trent-alexander-arnold-celebration-west-ham/blt35b518d6c1c43dfa" target="_blank">Liverpool cruised to a 5-0 win</a> against West Ham on Sunday night. The Egyptian forward bagged a goal and two assists in the match, making history in the process. The 32-year-old is now the first player in the Premier League to score and assist in eight separate games across a single campaign. </p>

WHAT HAPPENED?

<p>Salah's form has been reflective of Liverpool's under Arne Slot, who has transitioned seamlessly into the role once occupied by Jurgen Klopp. His right-winger is doing everything right so far this term and is <a href="https://www.goal.com/en-gb/lists/liverpool-player-ratings-vs-west-ham-mohamed-salah-lionel-messi-eight-point-premier-league-lead/blt1e8a7f8c47f26e75" target="_blank">worth his weight in gold</a>, surely making a new contract at the club a no-brainer. Salah is set to become a free agent in the summer of 2025, unless a new deal can be agreed in Merseyside.</p><p></p>
