<p>According to <a href="https://www.thesun.co.uk/sport/31172519/mason-greenwood-second-child-partner/" target="_blank">The Sun</a>, the Marseille ace - who <a href="https://www.goal.com/en-gb/lists/mason-greenwood-man-utd-permanent-transfer-marseille-fans-mayor-protest/bltc7de013950f3f4f3" target="_blank">swapped United for the Ligue 1 side</a> this summer on a five-year deal - is expecting a second child in the New Year; around 18 months on from <a href="https://www.goal.com/en-gb/news/suspended-man-utd-mason-greenwood-instagram-baby-harriet-robson/blted576b58b58b5afd" target="_blank">welcoming their daughter Summer in mid-2023</a>.</p>

WHAT HAPPENED?

<p>Greenwood has been looking to rebuild his football career ever since being arrested and then <a href="https://www.goal.com/en-gb/news/man-utd-s-greenwood-charged-with-attempted-rape/blt23ff8256fe9a3b58" target="_blank">charged with attempted rape, assault and controlling and coercive behaviour</a> in 2022. Those <a href="https://www.goal.com/en-gb/news/man-utd-mason-greenwood-cleared-all-charges-attempted-rape-assault-case/blt667fec4a13dfc50d" target="_blank">charges were eventually dropped in early 2023 </a>and after spending last season on loan at Getafe, the 23-year-old ended his lengthy stay at United and headed to Marseille. Indeed, he appears to be settled in France, with the news that he is becoming a dad again.</p>

<p>Since Greenwood's move to Roberto De Zerbi's team for around €30 million (£25m/$34m), he has scored five goals in seven Ligue 1 matches. However, <a href="https://www.goal.com/en-gb/lists/mason-greenwood-disappeared-ex-man-utd-forward-told-wake-up-face-responsibilities-marseille-goal-drought/blt1711b3d3856c9f08" target="_blank">he hasn't found the net in his last four games for the club</a> - who sit third in the table.</p>
