O'Driscoll <a href="https://www.goal.com/en-gb/lists/man-utd-confirm-arrival-gary-o-driscoll-arsenal-injury-crisis-erik-ten-hag-without-nine-players-sofyan-amrabat-mason-mount/blt7a73e322b2122ec6" target="_blank">moved to United from Arsenal</a> in the summer and has a number of recommendations he will make to Sir Jim Ratcliffe and his INEOS team once their 25 percent stake in the club has been confirmed.

WHAT HAPPENED?

O'Driscoll wants to modernise United's approach and "implement newer methods and a forward-thinking approach". The overhaul will see the club add younger practitioners to the staff and "make a concerted effort" to have more diversity on the medical team. There are fears at United that their current approach is outdated and their rivals are "significantly more advanced in terms of sports medicine".
