<p>According to the <a href="https://www.mirror.co.uk/sport/football/transfer-news/man-utd-transfers-nkunku-chelsea-35505862" target="_blank"><em>Mirror</em></a>, Nkunku will be available for just £35 million ($47m) in the summer. Chelsea are ready to offload the out-of-favour forward in this window, even though they will make a massive loss on a player who was bought for £52m just two years ago. </p>

<p>Delap and Pedro's signings have been confirmed and the Blues are now close to <a href="https://www.goal.com/en/lists/enzo-maresca-jamie-gittens-chelsea-transfer-announcement-%C2%A355m-borussia-dortmund/blt89c8182e76ce5d0a" target="_blank">sealing a move for Jamie Gittens</a> from Borussia Dortmund. The club, however, will have to sell players to balance their accounting books. <a href="https://www.goal.com/en/lists/chelsea-fine-transfer-restrictions-uefa-financial-breaches-aston-villa/bltd2824f2e9eeaae9f" target="_blank">The club have been handed a £27m fine by UEFA</a> following violations of financial sustainability guidelines covering the fiscal periods ending in 2023 and 2024.</p>
