Shortly after, he showcased his creative side, setting up Hugo Ekitike for Frankfurt’s third goal just six minutes later. The hosts added a fourth through Nmandi Collins to seal a convincing victory, further asserting their dominance.</p>

<p>With his goal in the match, Marmoush’s tally for the season now stands at 15, placing him in direct competition with Bayern Munich’s Harry Kane for the Bundesliga’s top-scorer honour. This surge in form has not gone unnoticed, as Marmoush continues to attract attention from top European clubs, with Manchester City in contact.</p>

<p><em>Sky Sports Germany</em> has reported that discussions are ongoing between City’s director of football, Txiki Begiristain, and Frankfurt regarding Marmoush’s potential transfer. The Premier League champions have expressed a <a href="https://www.goal.com/en/lists/eintracht-frankfurt-coach-omar-marmoush-future-man-city-talks-sign-egypt-star/blt261fb2308f7bed1f#csaa5434085e03f2e4" target="_blank">willingness to pay €70 million (£59m/$71m)</a> to secure the Egyptian’s services. However, Frankfurt remain firm with their demands of a fee closer to €80 million (£67m/$82m).</p>
