Of course, the charges to Everton and Forest compared to City are different, both in nature and in length. Following their deduction, Forest now face the very serious threat of Premier League relegation. They have dropped to 18th and now sit one point shy of safety. Everton, meanwhile, are 16th but are just four point from the drop, but do boast a game in hand over their rivals.
