<p>Diaz has become a fan favourite at Liverpool over the last four seasons, but the Colombian has been linked with a potential summer exit, with Barcelona and Saudi Pro League side Al-Nassr said to be interested. Diaz's partner Ponce has fuelled transfer talk by posting an emotional message on social media thanking the Merseyside club and their fans.
