Luis Diaz breaks his silence as Barcelona see bid for Liverpool forward rejected and are told he isn't for sale

<p>The La Liga champions have been linked with a move for the Colombian all summer but <a href="https://www.goal.com/en/lists/liverpool-decision-luis-diaz-transfer-barcelona-approach-premier-league-champions-colombia-winger/bltca2e728fb53f89a4" target="_blank">it was reported on Thursday that Liverpool have rejected their advances</a>. Speaking on Colombia international duty, Diaz has had his say. </p>

WHAT HAPPENED?

<p>Diaz said: "I'm very happy at Liverpool. They've treated me well since the first day. We're talking with other clubs. It's the transfer window, it's normal. If Liverpool renews my contract, or if I have to stay the two years I have left, I'll be happy. It's up to them."</p>

WHAT DIAZ SAID

<p>Despite turning down an approach, Liverpool are said to have no intention of extending Diaz's contract at the moment.
