<p>Kelly played 68 minutes of the showdown in Lisbon, as <a href="https://www.goal.com/en-gb/lists/arsenal-women-player-ratings-barcelona-champions-league-winners-super-subs-beth-mead-stina-blackstenius-combine-gunners-defensive-masterclass-european-glory/bltfcd9f807d4830075" target="_blank">Stina Blackstenius scored a 74th-minute winner to seal glory for the Gunners</a>. After ending a difficult season with a medal, she then took a pop at her doubters in Instagram.</p>

WHAT KELLY SAID

<p>Kelly started the season at Manchester City but suspended her five-year association with the club in acrimonious circumstances in January. The Lioness made just one WSL start in the first half of the season and <a href="https://www.goal.com/en-gb/lists/chloe-kelly-wants-out-man-city-public-desire-leave-attempts-force-controversial-man-utd-switch/bltb4145640b9927af3" target="_blank">claimed in a social media post that she wanted "to be happy again"</a>, before being allowed to leave for Arsenal on a loan deal.</p>

THE BIGGER PICTURE

<p>Kelly is out of contract at City this summer and will not return to the club. It is not yet clear whether Arsenal will sign her on a free transfer. </p>
