<p>Messi celebrated his birthday while away at the Copa America, and was <a href="https://www.goal.com/en/lists/lionel-messi-birthday-cake-celebrates-argentina-team-mates-copa-americ/blt02854b23e929c6c1" target="_blank">gifted a cake by his team-mates on Monday</a>. He was also given a <a href="https://www.goal.com/en-gb/lists/lionel-messi-birthday-present-from-inter-miami-owner-david-beckham/blt375b3a478387ad07" target="_blank">giant bottle of Argentine wine by Inter Miami co-owner David Beckham</a>, and fans trekked out to the Argentina team hotel in New Jersey to serenade their hero, who then returned the favour by sharing his birthday cake.</p>
