The <a href="https://www.goal.com/en/lists/kevin-de-bruyne-official-midfielder-confirms-leave-man-city-emotional-message-fans/blt539077ebbba59885" target="_blank">Belgian midfielder is all set to leave the former English champions</a> after 10 years where he won six league titles and a Champions League among several other trophies.</p>

WHAT HAPPENED?

<p>Per <a href="https://www.espn.in/football/story/_/id/45300867/kevin-de-bruyne-napoli-move-mls" target="_blank"><em>ESPN</em></a>, De Bruyne has already made up his mind on his next destination and will initiate talks with <a href="https://www.goal.com/en/lists/napoli-champions-scott-mctominay-romelu-lukaku-on-target-antonio-conte-serie-a-title-season-inter-como/bltc916d08806295346" target="_blank">newly crowned Italian champions Napoli</a> over a free transfer in the summer. <a href="https://x.com/MatteMoretto" target="_blank"><em>Matteo Moretto</em></a> reports that Napoli will offer the 33-year-old a three-year deal. In the first two years of the contract, the Belgium international will earn €6million (£5m/$6m) per year and in the final year, he will pocked €5m. </p>
