Now, his old manager Klopp, who <a href="https://www.goal.com/en-gb/lists/jurgen-klopp-last-ynwa-video-liverpool-boss-moved-emotional-goodbye-anfield-crowd-premier-league-final-day/blt7889e579ff09332d" target="_blank">worked with the forward for seven years</a>, has admitted he wants the Egyptian to stay at Anfield and that he is the Reds' "greatest striker of modern times".</p>

WHAT KLOPP SAID

<p>Salah is on course to have his <a href="https://www.goal.com/en-gb/lists/mohamed-salah-goals-career-liverpool-egypt/blt1c23aa9abee44864" target="_blank">best-ever season at Liverpool </a>but it seems like it could be his last. If the former Roma man does leave the Reds, he will go down as one of their greatest-ever players. Whoever replaces him will have an almost impossible task to hit the heights Salah has.</p>
