WHAT HAPPENED?

<p>Henderson, who won the Premier League and Champions League with Liverpool, was an important part of Francesco Farioli’s Ajax side as they missed out on the Eredivisie by one point on the final day of the season. With the World Cup coming up in less than a year, Henderson could be tempted by Marseille's offer of Champions League football to boost his hopes of staying in Thomas Tuchel’s plans.</p>
