<p>The English winger suffered a knee injury in March and has not appeared for FC Seoul in nearly two months as he <a href="https://www.goal.com/en/lists/jesse-lingard-remarkable-recovery-man-utd-injury-return-fc-seoul-surgery/blt3e2fde7e02c9097c#cs3be9616b2483711d" target="_blank">underwent surgery</a>. <p>Taking to Instagram, the ex-United star posted a couple of videos and photos from his training session while he also shared an inspirational quote that read, "Sometimes things go wrong just to get you right. Stop worrying about it and trust the process." </p>
