The Manchester City player was sent through by Angel Gomes with a neat outside-of-the-boot pass that cut through the Finnish defence and left Grealish in acres of space. <p>Before the game, Grealish had <a href="https://www.goal.com/en-gb/lists/jack-grealish-new-goal-celebration-plans-man-city-england-star-becomes-a-dad/bltfd2e9d6bcf4b40db#csa9e918cc223fac7e" target="_blank">revealed he had been planning on the celebration</a> for a while but had not had the chance to do it yet. He explained: "I scored for England but in the moment just so much was going on and it being against Ireland and that I just completely forgot. So, yeah, maybe next time." Fortunately for Grealish, he did not have to wait any longer.</p>

THE BIGGER PICTURE

<p>Grealish will return to Manchester City after the international break and travel to bottom-of-the-table Wolves. The Englishman has been in-and-out of favour under Pep Guardiola and will be eager to show he can still play an integral part and offer up a few more celebrations.</p>
