This comes from a report from <a href="https://www.bild.de/sport/fussball/fc-bayern-vincent-kompanys-team-vor-umbruch-682da22c784ae1415a42623d" target="_blank"><em>BILD</em></a>, who state that two of Kompany's most trusted accomplices could seek pastures new.  </p>

WHAT HAPPENED?

<p>Athletic trainer Geers is reportedly in advanced talks with Belgian side Anderlecht, where negotiations are already underway, according to <em>Het Laatste Nieuws</em>. Geers, a key figure in daily training and a longtime collaborator of Kompany, is said to be keen on returning home for personal reasons. Meanwhile, assistant coach Maric has attracted <a href="https://www.goal.com/en/lists/harry-kane-bayern-munich-lose-vincent-kompany-trusted-assistant-candidate-replace-gennaro-gattuso-hajduk-split/blt7e6af0f3c53894b7" target="_blank">interest from Croatian club Hajduk Split, who are eyeing him as a potential head coach and a successor to Gennaro Gattuso</a>. Despite the appeal of leading a team in his ancestral homeland, Maric is believed to favour staying at Bayern, where he plays a crucial role in bridging analysis, strategy, and player communication.  </p>
