WHAT HAPPENED?

<p>Tottenham face Bayern for the second successive game, having played against the German side in the final game of their pre-season tour of Japan and Asia last week. It is the final game of both side's pre-season ahead of the new campaign. THE BIGGER PICTURE

<p>Kane's impact on Tottenham cannot be overstated, with the England star's becoming the club's all-time leading goalscorer (280) before generating a record sale when he joined Bayern for €95 million (£81.5m/$103.8m) last summer.</p><p>Dier will also form part of Tottenham's history, with only five players featuring in more Premier League games than the defender during his ten-year stint at the club.</p>
