'This one’s even more special' - Harry Kane does it again as Bayern striker makes further Bundesliga history by finishing top scorer for second time in a row

<p>Kane scored his 26th Bundesliga goal of the season in <a href="https://www.goal.com/en-gb/lists/harry-kane-england-star-comes-off-bench-goal-assist-michael-olise-runs-rampant-bayen-munich-final-day-demolition-hoffenheim/blte8c63ea453f2db6d" target="_blank">Bayern's 4-0 win over Hoffenheim</a> on Saturday. That meant he finished top scorer in the division for a second-straight season, after leading the charts last term with 36 goals. <a href="https://x.com/OptaFranz/status/1923766461811552653" target="_blank">No man has done </a>that in their first two campaigns in the Bundesliga, something the 31-year-old was very proud of.  </p>

WHAT KANE SAID

<p>As Kane alluded to, this achievement is the icing on the cake as Bayern romped to the league title and the England captain secured his <a href="https://www.goal.com/en-gb/lists/harry-kane-bayern-munich-borussia-monchengladbach-bundesliga/bltbb7b715375dde196" target="_blank">first-ever trophy in his professional career</a>. He has proven to be an excellent signing for the German giants since joining from Tottenham in 2023. </p>
