<p>At 17 years and eight months, Quenda became the youngest player ever in Sporting CP's history to feature in the Lisbon derby as he played 72 minutes in a 1-0 victory. The record was previously held by club legend Ronaldo, who appeared in the derby against Benfica in December 2002 at the age of 17 years and 10 months.</p>

<p>Quenda has been a revelation for the Portuguese giants in the 2024-25 campaign. The youngster rose to fame under former manager Ruben Amorim, who handed him his senior debut in the summer.
