<p>After heading a Bologna through-ball back to his goalkeeper Mike Maignan, Tomori fell into the back of Argentine Benjamín Domínguez and went down as a result. The <a href="https://football-italia.net/tomori-freak-accident-force-milan-defender-off/" target="_blank">injury appeared a freak incident</a>, with Tomori telling Milan medical staff he felt dizzy and was having vision difficulties after the clash. Sergio Conceicao was forced to substitute the English centre-half, with the full extent of his injury currently unknown.</p>

WHAT HAPPENED?

<p>Tomori has made 32 appearances for Milan in all competitions this season, including starting the last six Serie A games. The former Chelsea man also played all 90 minutes as Milan defeated bitter rivals Inter in the Supercoppa Italiana final in January, so he would be a big miss if unable to play on Wednesday.</p>
