<p>Per <a href="https://sportwitness.co.uk/club-authorise-representative-to-fly-to-london-for-tottenham-transfer-talks-meeting-player-too/" target="_blank">Yağız Sabuncuoğlu</a>, Fenerbahce have dispatched an agent to north London to attempt to negotiate a deal to sign Yves Bissouma from Tottenham. Jose Mourinho is keen on the Spurs midfielder, and it appears negotiations have now begun. </p>

WHAT HAPPENED?

<p>There is no mention of how much Spurs are set to demand for the Mali international, but his contract expires next year. As a result, Fenerbahce may be seeking a cut-price deal as they attempt to strengthen their squad. Bissouma has already reportedly agreed personal terms. </p>

THE BIGGER PICTURE

<p>Bissouma was a key player for Ange Postecoglou's side last season as the club managed to win the Europa League, finally ending a 17-year trophy drought. He has clocked 100 appearances exactly for the club. </p>
