<p>While Manchester United's Mary Earps <a href="https://www.goal.com/en-gb/lists/mary-earps-wins-2023-bbc-sports-personality-of-the-year-england-women-world-cup-final-man-utd-wsl/blt8b7010f99d9a21e3" target="_blank">walked away with the main prize</a> on Tuesday night's glitzy ceremony, crosstown rivals City earned plenty of recognition for their historic treble-winning year. Haaland was named as the 2023 World Sport Star, while his manager took the Coach of the Year award. <p>It was another strong night for football at the 70th edition of the famous awards with the four main awards all won by the sport.<a href="https://www.goal.com/en-gb/lists/mary-earps-wins-2023-bbc-sports-personality-of-the-year-england-women-world-cup-final-man-utd-wsl/blt8b7010f99d9a21e3" target="_blank"> Earps took the headline prize</a>, succeeding last year's winner Beth Mead. Guardiola's men will take on South American champions Fluminense in Jeddah on Friday.</p>
