On his first day at the club, the midfielder was welcomed by manager Erik ten Hag who took him in front of a wall for a photo shoot with the words 'United &amp; Fight' in the backdrop.

The Dutch manager then told the club's media team, who were capturing the moment, "This is good [pointing at the wall] because this guy brings us the fight."The ex-PSG star looked confused initially, however, he later said, "It’s an honour for me to fight!"

They have already lost twice in their first three Premier League outings including a humiliating defeat at the hands of arch-rivals Liverpool last Sunday.

The 23-year-old, who was unveiled at Old Trafford during the clash against the Reds, could make his debut in England on September 14 when Ten Hag's men take on Southampton away from home.
