<p>The 23-year-old has appeared in all but one of Chelsea's Premier League matches this season, starting six of the first seven before he was dropped to the bench for the recent matches against Newcastle, Liverpool and Manchester United. He was also given the armband in Reece James' absence but will be more worried about <a href="https://www.goal.com/en-gb/lists/chelsea-107m-problem-enzo-fernandez-nightmare-misfit-enzo-maresca/blt8930d2f23c3c1186" target="_blank">winning back his starting XI spot </a>rather than the captaincy.</p>
