<p>Trent Alexander-Arnold, Levi Colwill, Phil Foden, Jack Grealish, Cole Palmer, Aaron Ramsdale, Declan Rice and Bukayo Saka have all pulled out of the squad for the matches against Greece and Ireland over the next week, the Football Association announced on Monday.</p>
