<p>The France midfielder had just returned from holiday following his involvement in Euro 2024 but was injured during training for Real. The club confirmed the unfortunate incident, saying: "Following tests carried out today on our player Eduardo Camavinga, he has been diagnosed with a sprained internal collateral ligament in his left knee. His recovery will be monitored." <p>Madrid are losing one of their most versatile and reliable players in Camavinga. The 21-cap international played a starring role for Los Blancos during their La Liga and Champions League double run last term. His absence will hinder head coach Carlo Ancelotti's hopes of retaining both crowns.</p>
