He has exhibited something that maybe he'll now pivot into which is I can play a different way when I have to when I need to, when there's a real pressure on me to achieve an outcome.</p><p>"I think he's earned the right to have some latitude. I'm thrilled for him and he's thrilled for himself."</p>
