WHAT DAVID BECKHAM SAID

<p>The construction of Miami Freedom Park is a significant part of the club's brief history alongside the signing of Argentina legend Lionel Messi last summer. However, the World Cup-winning Argentine skipper might not play in the Herons' new home ground as his <a href="https://www.goal.com/en/lists/why-lionel-messi-join-inter-miami-jorge-mas-two-key-elements-convinced-mls-switch/blt60e61ca8b0db9397" target="_blank">current contract expires</a> at the end of the 2025 season, although there is the option for a further year.</p>
